επιπλωμένο με υπέροχο γούστο Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και με προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας την πρώτη μέρα. Όλα ήταν άψογα προετοιμασμένα από την αρχή και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ευχαριστούμε τον Διονύση και την Καίτη για τη φιλοξενία, την ευγενική τους στάση και τις εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για ενδιαφέροντα και όμορφα μέρη στο νησί.
Θα χαρούμε να επιστρέψουμε ξανά και να προτείνουμε αυτό το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία, πραγματική σπιτική φιλοξενία, άνεση και σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

furnished with great taste The house is comfortable, clean and with attention to every detail. We felt at home on the first day. Everything was perfectly prepared from the beginning and we didn't miss anything. Thank you Dionysis and Kaiti for the hospitality, their kind attitude and the excellent suggestions for interesting and beautiful places on the island.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Alexandra's Coffee House in Volimes. Dionisis und Kaiti waren unglaublich gute Gatgeber. Schon vor der Reise haben sie uns nach unseren Urlaubswünschen gefrsgt und uns mit vielen maßgeschneiderten Tipps versorgt. Während wir dort waren, waren sie immer für Informationen und weitere Tipps ansprechbar. Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Man spürt die Geschichte, die es hat, dank der dicken Mauern ist es angenehm kühl - trotzdem ist die Ausstattung modern und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Volimes ist empfehlenswert für alle, die mehr von ihrem Urlaub wollen, als jeden Tag an den Pool zu gehen. Ein wundervolles Bergstädtchen, in dem wir uns immer willkommen gefühlt hat. Hier ist man noch eher Besucher als Tourist.

Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Wenn man einen hat gibt es jede Menge schöner Ausflugsziele. In einer Woche haben wir mit den Kids über 10 verschiedene Strände besucht, sodass der Badeurlaub auch nicht zu kurz kam.

Ένα υπέροχο ταξίδι γίνεται ακόμα πιο τέλειο από ένα άνετο μέρος για να μείνω!

Αυτό το σπίτι με ξύλινη στέγη και πέτρινους τοίχους μου παρείχε το άνετο κρεβάτι και τις βολικές ανέσεις που χρειαζόμουν. Ταυτόχρονα, οι λεπτομέρειες ανέδειξαν την αισθητική του ελληνικού λαού - από το αιωνόβιο ρολόι στον τοίχο μέχρι τα χειροποίητα κλινοσκεπάσματα και τις σκαλιστές ξύλινες καρέκλες, τα λάτρεψα όλα. Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα ο ήσυχος χώρος χαλάρωσης στην αυλή, το σπιτικό κρασί στο τραπέζι, η σπιτική μαρμελάδα στο ψυγείο και το παρασκευασμένο μέλι και ελαιόλαδο - όλα ήταν τόσο προσεγμένα και διακριτικά.

Ευχαριστώ Διονύση για τις ταξιδιωτικές συμβουλές, οι οποίες με βοήθησαν να βρω μερικές λιγότερο δημοφιλείς παραλίες, κάνοντας το ταξίδι μου ακόμα πιο πολύχρωμο!

Our accommodation is a single space of 75 sq.m. with 2 private apartments, for 2 to 4 people.
One apartment on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor of the stone-built building, which are connected by an internal wooden staircase. (We want you to know that to avoid accidents (due to the internal wooden staircase), the apartment-room on the 1st floor is not suitable for children aged 0–12 years, and the elderly who face mobility problems.)
Each apartment has: a large double bed with a new comfortable mattress and made with vintage lace sheets, made with traditional hand crochet, a large living room with TV, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
In each apartment you will find extra sheets, towels, hair dryers, electric irons, mini ironing boards, etc.
In both of our kitchens you can cook and there are utensils (pots, pans, baking tray, kettles, colanders, cheese graters, etc.) for your convenience.
Also, there are dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs and tables with chairs to sit and enjoy your drink or food. Wine and oil are offered free of charge by the hostess of the house.
There is a washing machine for washing your clothes.
We provide you with electric kettles and a coffee machine for espresso coffee (coffee is provided free of charge). Microwave, Multi Chopper
and refrigerators at your disposal (in our refrigerators you will find butter and jams for your breakfast also free of charge).
Air conditioning and Internet in each apartment for your comfortable stay.
We have recently created a space to park your car at Komis Garden. We also provide you with our recently upgraded yard, with table, hammock and armchairs.
We are located 3 km from the famous tourist attraction of Zakynthos with thousands of visitors every year, the Shipwreck of Zakynthos. In the same area, around and next to the Shipwreck are historical religious monuments of our country, the remains of Kato Agios Georgios of Krimnon (15th century), the Monastery of Agios Georgios of Krimnon which was created in 1562, the Cave of Agios Gerasimos which was built with his own hands by Agios Gerasimos, the mosaic workshop that the fathers of the Monastery operate today.
In a quiet neighborhood in the center of the Village of Volimes, where our accommodation is located, at 50 m. there is the historic traditional church of Agia Paraskevi, at 30 m. the stone-built traditional church of Agios Theodosis, which the visitor admires for its decoration, its wonderful hagiographies, its wooden and stone-built iconostasis.
At 50 m. from our accommodation, there is a Mini Market where you can buy the necessary things, a Cafe to enjoy your coffee - refreshment, at 150 m. a Bakery to buy and enjoy traditional bread and the famous rusks of Volimes. Next to the Bakery there are Restaurants and shops that offer woven, knitted, ceramics with the taste and passion of the Volimiatos.
At 6-9 km from the accommodation, there are many wonderful beaches, the Blue Caves stand out - one of the most famous natural attractions of the island, from peculiar geological formations that have created a series of caves and owe their name to the special reflections of blue and blue that the water takes inside them - also there in some remote caves towards the Shipwreck, the endangered monk seal Monachus Monachus finds refuge and is a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset over the rocks, don't forget.. this beautiful area needs to rent a boat to enjoy it and take a bath.

Η Διαμονή σας στο Alexandra's Coffee House γίνεται σε ένα ανακαινισμένο πετρόχτιστο κτίριο που παλαιότερα μαζευόντουσαν οι χωριανοί να πιούν τον καφέ τους και να ανταλλάξουν απόψεις για την καθημερινότητά τους, στο κέντρο του παραδοσιακού Χωριού των Βολιμών Ζακύνθου. 

Το κατάλυμα μας είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος 75 τ.μ. με 2 ιδιωτικά διαμερίσματα, για 2 έως και 4 άτομα.

Ένα διαμέρισμα στο ισόγειο και το άλλο στον 1ο όροφο του πετρόχτιστου κτηρίου που επικοινωνούν με εσωτερική ξύλινη σκάλα.

Θέλουμε να γνωρίζετε για αποφυγή ατυχημάτων, (λόγω της εσωτερικής ξύλινης σκάλας), το διαμέρισμα-δωμάτιο στον 1ο όροφο, δεν είναι κατάλληλο για παιδιά ηλικίας 0–12 ετών, και μεγάλης ηλικίας που αντιμετωπίζουν κινητικά προβλήματα.

             Το Σπίτι μας Τώρα !

Κάθε διαμέρισμα διαθέτει: ένα μεγάλο δίκλινο κρεβάτι με καινούργιο αναπαυτικό στρώμα και στρωμένο με vintage σεντόνια με δαντέλα, φτιαγμένα με το παραδοσιακό βελονάκι χειρός, μεγάλο σαλόνι με τηλεόραση, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα και μπάνιο. 

Σε κάθε διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε επιπλέον σεντόνια, πετσέτες, πιστολάκια μαλλιών, ηλεκτρικά σίδερα ρούχων, μίνι σιδερώστρες κλπ. Και στις δύο κουζίνες μας μπορείτε να μαγειρέψετε και υπάρχουν σκεύη (κατσαρόλες, τηγάνια, ταψί, μπρίκια, σουρωτήρια, τρίφτη τυριών κλπ,) για την εξυπηρέτησή σας 

Επίσης σερβίτσια πιάτων, μαχαιροπήρουνα, ποτήρια, κούπες και τραπέζια με καρέκλες για να καθίσετε να απολαύσετε το ρόφημα ή το φαγητό σας. 

Υπάρχει πλυντήριο ρούχων για το πλύσιμο των ρούχων σας. 

Σας παρέχουμε ηλεκτρικούς βραστήρες και καφετιέρα για εσπρέσο καφέ. Φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, Πολυκόπτης Multi και ψυγεία στη διάθεσή σας. Αιρκοντίσιον και Ίντερνετ σε κάθε διαμέρισμα για την άνετη διαμονή σας. 

Πρόσφατα δημιουργήσαμε και έναν χώρο για να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητο σας στο Komis Garden. Σας παρέχουμε επίσης την πρόσφατα αναβαθμισμένη αυλή μας, με τραπέζι, αιώρα και πολυθρόνες.

Βρισκόμαστε 3 km απ' το Διάσημο τουριστικό αξιοθέατο της Ζακύνθου με χιλιάδες επισκέπτες κάθε χρόνο, το Ναυάγιο της Ζακύνθου. Στη ίδια περιοχή, γύρω και δίπλα από το Ναυάγιο βρίσκονται ιστορικά θρησκευτικά μνημεία του τόπου μας, τα απομεινάρια του Κάτω Άη Γιώργη των Κρημνών (15ο αιώνα), το Μοναστήρι του Αγίου Γεωργίου των Κρημνών που δημιουργήθηκε το 1562, η Σπηλιά του Αγίου Γερασίμου που έχτισε με τα ίδια του τα χέρια ο Άγιος Γεράσιμος, το εργαστήρι ψηφιδωτών που λειτουργούν σήμερα οι πατέρες της Μονής. 

Σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά στο κέντρο του Χωριού των Βολιμών, που βρίσκεται και το κατάλυμα μας, στα 50 μ. υπάρχει η ιστορική παραδοσιακή εκκλησία της Αγίας Παρασκευής, στα 30 μ. η πετρόχτιστη παραδοσιακή εκκλησία του Αγίου Θεοδόση που θαυμάζει ο επισκέπτης το διάκοσμό τους, τις θαυμαστές αγιογραφίες τους, το ξύλινο κ πετρόχτιστο τέμπλο τους. 

Στα 50 μ. απ' το κατάλυμά μας, υπάρχει Μίνι Μάρκετ που μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε τα απαραίτητα, Καφενείο για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ - αναψυκτικό σας, στα 150 μ. Φούρνος για να αγοράσετε και να απολαύσετε παραδοσιακό ψωμί κ τα περίφημα παξιμάδια των Βολιμών. 

Δίπλα στον Φούρνο υπάρχουν Εστιατόρια και καταστήματα που διαθέτουν υφαντά, πλεκτά, κεραμικά με το γούστο και το μεράκι των Βολιμιατών. 

Στα 6-9 km απ' το κατάλυμα, υπάρχουν πολλές θαυμάσιες παραλίες, ξεχωρίζουν οι Γαλάζιες Σπηλιές -ένα από τα πιο γνωστά φυσικά αξιοθέατα του νησιού, από ιδιότυπους γεωλογικούς σχηματισμούς που έχουν δημιουργήσει μια σειρά σπηλαίων και οφείλουν το όνομά τους στις ιδιαίτερες αντανακλάσεις του μπλε κ του γαλάζιου που παίρνει το νερό στο εσωτερικό τους- 

επίσης εκεί σε κάποιες απόμερες σπηλιές προς το Ναυάγιο, βρίσκει καταφύγιο η απειλούμενη με εξαφάνιση φώκια Monachus Monachus και είναι ένα όμορφο σημείο για να απολαύσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα πάνω από τα βράχια, μην ξεχαστείτε.. αυτή η όμορφη περιοχή χρειάζεται να ενοικιάσετε βαρκάκι για να την απολαύσετε και να κάνετε το μπάνιο σας. 

Είμαστε η Καίτη και ο Διονύσης, αγαπάμε την επικοινωνία με τους ανθρώπους και μάς αρέσει να ταξιδεύουμε. 

Το όνομα που Δώσαμε στο κατάλυμα είναι της Μητέρας μας Αλεξάνδρας, που διατηρούσε αυτό το χώρο και πρόσφερε τον καφέ με μια καλή κουβέντα και ένα απλόχερο χαμόγελο στους χωριανούς της. Αυτό το Χαμόγελο, προς Τιμή της, θέλουμε να Διαιωνισθεί και να το αισθανθείτε και Εσείς κατά την Εδώ διαμονή σας. 

Είμαστε στη διάθεσή σας ακολουθώντας τις παρακαταθήκες της, να Σας εξυπηρετήσουμε για να περάσετε αξέχαστες και ευχάριστες διακοπές στο νησί μας. Μην φοβηθείτε να Μας ενοχλήσετε για οτιδήποτε που θα θελήσετε... Αν μπορέσουμε θα κάνουμε ότι είναι δυνατό να σας ικανοποιήσουμε.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage bei Dionysis und Kaiti. Wir wurden persönlich an der Unterkunft empfangen und uns wurde alles genauestens erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Besonders schön war der Aussenbereich, mein Lieblingsplatz die Hängematte. Alles war sehr sauber. Dionysis gab uns sehr viele Empfehlungen und Tips für die Umgebung / Restaurants. Ein Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall notwendig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Beiden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank !

Was für ein wundervoller Ort und was für wundervolle Menschen! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt in der Unterkunft und auch im Ort 🙂! Das Apartment bietet absolut alles was man braucht. Kaiti und Dionisis sind super herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, bei denen man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Volimes ist ein süßes kleines Dorf in dem man zur Ruhe findet und immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wird. Es war einfach alles perfekt 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die freundliche und herzliche Begrüßung, Tipps für tägliche Ausflüge und Restaurants wurde durch die Gastgebenden einmalig gestaltet. Die ruhige Lage ist sehr angenehm und alles ist mit dem Mietwagen gut erreichbar.

Super sejour, très agréable et...<br>#128578; Le logement est très fonctionnel et se situe dans un village peu touristique dans les hauteurs. Très agréable et confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et renseignés sur toutes les activités à faire.

Es gab eigentlich keine negativen Punkte.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Gastfreunschaft der Gastgeber und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft war überragend. Noch dazu war das Apartment sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Dionysis und seine Frau Kaiti haben uns ein Gefühl von Heimat gegeben und dass wir sehr willkommen sind. Die Atmosphäre war sehr familiär und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Alexandra's is definitely worth a...<br>#128578; The husband and wife hosts of Alexandra's were so kind and inviting. They've done a wonderful job beautifully renovating his family's former coffee shop and salon. Upon arrival, a carafe of homemade rosé wine awaited me. The house contains a comprehensive number of amenities. The hosts really thought through what a traveler needs. My favorite part of the visit was sitting just outside the front door at the apartment's cafe table and watching the town life go by. I did this in the...<br>#128577; In the bathroom Alexandra's had bamboo-like bathmats which were very handsome, but slippery. I mentioned this to the hosts upon leaving and they said they would replace the mats. Also, and this is not a complaint, Volimes is a very small, quiet town on Zakynthos. This is exactly what I wanted, but if you want a town where there is more activity, this may not be your place. I had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant recommended by the hosts.
